What if I forgot password or username?

1. If you forgot password only, then do following steps to reset it.
- Go to https://cp.safeminor.com/sf/
- Click on 'Forgot Password?'
- Enter your e-mail address.
- Click on submit.
- You will get mail with reset password link in to your in-box. If not found in inbox then check junk or spam.

2. If you forgot email & password both then send us your monitored device's IMEI number. We will reset it.
- To find device IMEI number.
- Go to phone dialer.
- Dial *#06#, you will get IMEI number.
- Send it to us in mail at info@safeminor.com
