Step 1: Parent/s can set rules by AppLimits using the ScreenTime feature.

Step 2: According to rules, in the child's device, the applications will be blocked and show a dialogue with OK and ASK PARENTS button.

Step 3: By clicking ASK PARENTS, child can send a request to parents.

Step 4: Parent/s will receive a notification when child request for any application.

Step 5: Parent can then Allow or Decline the request and child can receive the notification for the same.
