Why my device tab shows gray or red icon?
If device is not connected since long, depending on the interval, it shows green, yellow, gray or red bubble.
Different color icon dots display with child device name indicates as below.
Green dot: Indicates that child's device is connected to internet right now.
Yellow dot: Indicates that child's device was connected to internet before 3 to 5 hours.
Gray dot: indicates that child's device was connected to internet before 8 to 12 hours.
Red dot: Indicates that child's device was not connected to internet since long time.
Gray dot: indicates that child's device was connected to internet before 8 to 12 hours.
Red dot: Indicates that child's device was not connected to internet since long time.
